A couple with two young children asked us to take on the challenge of transforming their garden from mud to a nice space to be enjoyed all year round.

At the initial site survey we discussed installing sleepers, so the customers could still plant flowers. The existing paving stones were man made, so we quoted on replacing them to a blue slate or Indian sandstone. After the customers came to see us at our display site, they chose the paving stones and the grass. The grass chosen was the 40mm super spring back grass.

We created a stepping stone effect rather than a straight path, to give the garden some character. The project took 2 days to complete and then we came back after the paving stones had set to jet wash off. The customer was very happy with the installation.
