The owners at this property in Wakefield have two lovely dogs which love to run around in the garden chasing each other, however they were destroying the grass! Following even the slightest drop of rain, the lawn would almost instantly trasnform into a mud bath, which didn’t look very nice and it wasn’t very practical for the dogs, who tended to make a mess of the house after playing in the garden.
After discussing the situation and the requirements with the customer, our team recommended the 25mm spring back artificial grass to be used for this installation as it is pet friendly. Generally speaking, the shorter the grass blade the stronger it is – particularly our ‘spring back variations’. Our spring back artificial grass wont look matted and flattened following the increased footfall from dogs playing in the garden. Shorter pile heights also make cleaning up after your pets in the garden much easier. Learn more about artificial grass for pets.
During this installation, the Polished Artificial Grass team didn’t have the easiest of access to the back garden; with our workers having to go through the property. This wasn’t a problem however, as we have the required insurance policies in place to protect ourselves and the customers. All the hardcore for the new artificial grass lawn was brought in and an effective drainage system was put in place before installing the grass.
Overall this was a great installation; A happy customer, including their dogs, who are delighted with the new artificial grass in their garden and the fact that no more mud will be dragged through the house over winter!
